Tuskegee Airmen, Incorporated hosted its 45th National Convention in the Westin Hotel at Indianapolis, Indiana. This event also celebrated the 75th Anniversary of the Tuskegee Airmen experience. On July 15, 2016, Brigadier General C. David Turner, Commander of the South Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), served as one of the guest speakers.
